When you submit the free case review form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property city or ZIP code, claim type, the description you write, the page you submitted from, the date and time, and your IP address (used to prevent abuse). We use this information to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether the firm can help.

Tools that stay in your browser

The wind-or-water checklist and the deductible calculator run entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us.

How information is stored and shared

Form submissions are stored on our web host and may be sent by email to the firm's intake staff. We do not sell your information. We may share it with service providers who help operate the site, or when required by law. Submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship, so please do not include confidential information.

Cookies and logs

This site does not use advertising cookies. Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and operations. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of that request.

Texts and calls

If you check the acknowledgment box, you agree that the firm may contact you about your inquiry by phone, text or email. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, including by replying STOP to a text.
